Tawni Addison, LMT

Tawni is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and is recognized by the Florida State Massage Therapy Association(FSMTA).  Her education and training includes Massage Theory and Techniques, Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology and various courses needed to complete the state requirements for a Licensed Massage Therapist.  Tawni has future plans in becoming a Licensed Sports Massage Therapist.

Tawni became interested in massage therapy as a teen, and began the process of self-education through books, videos, and dvds on different massage techniques.  Because she was involved in athletics, she began to understand how massage therapy would help for any minor injuries to the body.

In March 2007, Tawni enrolled at Everest University to pursue her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  She completed all required coursework and graduated with honors.  On January 2008, Tawni  received her Diploma in Massage Therapy.

In October 2008, Tawni passed the National Certification Examination in Therapeautic Massage and Bodywork (NCETMB), and she has been certified and licensed in the state of Florida since February 2009.

Tawni was born in San Diego, California and raised in Tampa.  She graduated from C. Leon King High School in Tampa.  Tawni is currently living in Tampa with her family.
